This is a tip I indeed love. It's going to blow your mind! It integrates spirituality with anything life throws at you. I call it crazy courage. Do you ever observation that when someone criticizes you, you tend to feel hurt and then you want to defend yourself or fight back? That is when you close down and come to be petty and small. But there is something else you can do too. You can feel it wholly and face it head on with courage, like you love the situation! You can think to yourself, "Mmm... Tastes good... Give me 10 more!" You can even do a crazy psychotic smile like I do, which makes it funnier and has bonus points! If you've ever seen the movie 300 or Fight Club, you will know what I mean.

There is a scene in 300 where one of the warriors is told about the mountainous Persian military coming, and he says to his comrade that it's been his many wish that someone should give him a honorable death. Wow! Is that courage or what? The earliest memory of using crazy courage was when I was a kid colse to 5 years old, there was this ride I was indeed scared to go on because it pulled you across a gorge on a cable by yourself! But little by little, I inched my way on, and when I got on, I felt invincible. I yelled at the operator faster you dumbo in Chinese! Man, I felt open and excited! I was alive! This is the feeling you can bring to anything in life.

Most people, when they encounter problems shut down, because their negative emotions are on auto-drive and they recoil from the hurt or discomfort. Then they naturally shut down or react defensively out of fear. If you live this way, eventually you'll eventually feel like there are 1000 lb weights tied to you. You feel like there is no way you have the will power to move. You're overwhelmed.

How to Be More Courageous and Feel Great!
Here's a good way to deal with it. First, bring awareness to the situation. Know and feel you are there and take it all in. Feel your emotions. Then get excited all of it!..Like you've gone insane and you love it or you are going to face it with courage. You can dream yourself like a crazy warrior, a calm James Bond, mum Theresa, a Dragon Ball Z character powering up, an Amazon woman or any other character that inspires courage - or any other certain emotion like kindness.
Imagine yourself doing 100 times more than what you are currently doing like you've unlocked a incommunicable source of nuclear energy within yourself. dream the possibilities to your goals with this new excitement! This is the way life is supposed to be - alive/aware with unlimited energy and love to give! Remember, with awareness and courageous openness, you realize the pain and ache isn't impossibly intolerable and that facing it head on can feel exuberant! If you feel the emotion and the space colse to it, it's indeed not normally That bad. We subconsciously make it a big deal - societal conditioning. Monks have gone under surgery while aware and awake. This doesn't mean repressing emotions.. Ie, if you feel hurt, cry without keeping back. That's incredibly courageous!
Here are a few suggestions. You can use this for situations like get out of bed early, getting rid of addictions (try no Tv or jacking off for a week), doing more work, handling difficult people, traffic, bringing more energy to your group life and relationships, putting yourself out there publicly, working out, facing a new fear, dancing, getting a new job etc... If the results aren't what you anticipated when you apply this, embrace that too! Love the vulnerability. With patience, you'll see it pay off. Go Super Saiyan (Dragon Ball Z reference) on it! If you are type of the player who is into tanking and having mass Hp this Class Build is for you! You are gonna have a ton of Hp and going to be able to deliver some lethal blows in PvP with Forefoot Swing.

There is plentifulness of Hp to take on complicated mobs in PvE and not even break a sweat. You will be able to deliver some good damage with your basic charge because of your Str stat boost. In pve you won't have to worry about running out of mana cuz you have the health to Mana spell which because of your high hit points will max your Mp bar whenever you so choose. This is a great equilibrium in the middle of Str and Vit, you could go full vit which would enhance Hp and tanking capability but lower your comprehensive basic damage and your charge spells wouldn't do nearly as much. You will be somewhat tiny in PvP cuz of this.
Dragon Ball
The things you worry about in PvP is you man pool. If you get mana burned you are going to be in trouble, luckily you have pots for this. You have adequate basic damage to counter act this though. Along with health to Mana spell its not a big deal. Someone else thing to consider is you have authentically no way to replenish your Hp besides health Funnel and the number of damage your do with Suction. Try not to let your Hp bar below half way before you use health Funnel or you could be in trouble... Well unless you have a useable Hp pot that is not on cool down. Your biggest horror are ranged attackers especially Magic type classes. Your only hope is to get close to them and whack away and hope your high Hp holds up since you have minimal to none magic resistance.

Dragon Knight Class Build (Super Tank-Pve-Pvp)
Overall this is a authentically balanced and safe build that you can't go wrong with. You won't die much unless you run into a Dark Elf. You won't have problem seeing parties for dungeons or boss hunting as a Good tank is all the time needed :)

1. Level 5: 100% Blazing Elemental Attack, +50% Elemental Defense, 8% opening to change 9% of damage to Hp.

How important is the geographic association with a tea type?
Tea is an extremely former product. It takes a long history to refine the art of yield singular to a type of tea produced in an area with conditions favouring that tea variety. For example Dragon Well tea is traditionally produced in the Western Lake area in ZheJiang province, which as a tradition of the best plants and natural conditions for this tea plant. Competition in the middle of tea producers in the area has attracted the best craftsmen to grow, harvest and make this tea type. Techniques that give an edge are a intimately guarded underground and passed down through families. As such, one would not connect say FuJian Province (where the best Oolong teas are produced) with potential Dragon Well Tea.
Indications of potential green tea
Packaging and storage: This is especially important for green teas. High potential teas, exposed to high temperature, air (oxidation), light and foreign order will deteriorate quickly.
Vacuum sealed and refrigerated after yield is an indicator of good potential teas. By dissimilarity Green Tea left sitting on a grocery store shelves, even if in a slick holder (and especially if the holder is a glass bottle) rarely are of high quality, since tea potential is degraded by exposure to room temperatures and light.
Appearance: superior potential teas always have the right appearance.
- Leaf shape: differing green tea varieties may have distinct shapes as a result of tea development processes - strings, flat, needle shape, spiral and ball shape. Dragon Well tea for instance is a flat tea, the tea leaves ought to be full bodied, flat and smooth.
- Tenderness of the leaves: green teas are made of tender leaf tips, not more than one bud, two leaves.
- The fullness of white fur on the back of the leaves is also a good indicator as to the freshness and youth of the tea leaves.
Colour: This also varies with the type of tea. Some potential indicators contain glossily/fresh green, dark green or green with "tinny" yellow (such as Dragon Well). Indications of low potential are: a range of tea shapes/lack of body, leaves of discrete stages (young and old), dull/dark/lack of gloss in colour.
In overview then, by example, Dragon Well Tea potential is indicated by flat full leaves of consistent size that are a green with "tinny" yellow leaf colour.

- Ask for samples or try small quantities first. Check that the samples match the pictures on the web.
- correlate prices based on quality! This may take experience. Price alone does not mean much in a shop that has not matured.
- There are suppliers using slight whole of teas leaves mixed with much economy ingredients, eg. Gogi and roses. True potential teas are 'dew from heaven (Chinese tea scripture)' and have no need for additives to mask flavour.

If You Were Stuck on a Desert Island With One Kettlebell

One of the biggest questions we get asked is what is the contrast between the brands of kettlebells that you sell. The questions usually revolve colse to Cap vs Wright or Dragon Door. Sometimes about Troy and every once in awhile about Body Solid. Now I am going to tell you right up front that I personally have a bias toward the Cap bells, there is no real scientific reason. In fact the best inquire I was ever asked was, "...if you were stuck on a desert island for the rest of your life and could only bring one kettlebell, which brand would you choose?" My answer, "Cap" I just like them, but you may not like them. As with most equipment, there is some personal preferences that play into the decision and I am hoping that through this report you will get some solid facts that will help you in production your decision.

Lets just get this one out there first thing. The inquire usually goes something like "why are the Dragon Door so much more high-priced then other brands?" or "are the Dragon Door kettlebells no ifs ands or buts worth that much more?" Now at the risk of stepping on toes here, my talk is "No". I have seen the Dragon Door kettlebell side by side with a Cap kettlebell and while there are cosmetic differences I do not see a gigantic difference. Any way I have seen my Addidas basketball shoes next to Nike Air Jordans and there is not much contrast there either, but yes the Air Jordans are way cooler then mine. I like Dragon Door, they make a overwhelming kettlebell. It is because of Dragon Door that the kettlebell has become a favorite training tool again. They can command a premium price and we applaud them for this. If you are going to be Rkc certified then you might want to spend the extra to have these kettlebells, but for the most part there is no need to spend that much on a kettlebell, especially if you are just starting out.

One of the other things you should also reconsider when shopping by price is shipping. Everyone ships differently. Sometimes shipping is built into the price of the kettlebell, sometimes shipping seems expensive, but no matter what some how some way you are paying to ship that kettlebell. It is not cheap to ship a 53 lb hunk of iron over the country. A great example of this is the Troy and Cap kettlebells, at first note the Troy are cheaper, but upon closer inspection the Cap no ifs ands or buts come out less because we are able to ship the Cap consistently from our location while Troy's are typically shipped from one of the Troy warehouses. At Christian's Fitness installation we do our best to give you actual shipping costs. We do everything we can to ship it safely and inexpensively. If that means we need to re-box them we re-box them. Most fellowships will not take the time to do this, but it is very leading to us.

What are the Major Differences?
For the most part I am going to be focusing on the differences between the Cap and Wright Kettlebell because these are the two brands we propose the most. The base questions revolve colse to deal with smoothness, width and thickness. We will scrutinize these items on the 35 lb (1 pood, 16 kg) and the 53 lb (1.5 pood, 24 kg ) kettlebells.
Handle smoothness: The Cap has a baked enamel halt on it. This provides a very plane and almost slippery surface. The Wright kettlebell has a relatively raw but painted surface, this provides a bit rougher of a covering but is a nice texture. The Troy kettlebells have a raw covering with a clear coat on them. Troy has made great improvements on the deal with of their kettlebells, while still the roughest of the ones we carry they no longer seem a cheese grater and are very similar to the Dragon Door handle.
Why would the smoothness make a difference? Well it again comes down to personal preference, but there are some advantages to each. The biggest thing is how much your hands sweat and how much you use chalk. If your hands start sweating just thinking about picking something heavy up then you probably want to reconsider a deal with that has more texture. I love the plane deal with of the Cap kettlebells and I am not much of a sweater, but on high rep workouts even I observation that it becomes a bit harder to hold onto the kettlebell because it is slippery while the Wright kettlebells will be a minute easier to grip. The rougher deal with bells also hold chalk better. The downside to a rougher deal with and chalk is that they can cause callous tears quicker. The smoother the deal with the less likely it is to tear your hands up.
Handle width and size: This is a big deal for habitancy with big hands. The shape of the deal with is also important, but most fellowships have gotten on board and now make their kettlebells with a rounded handle. Avoid kettlebells that have squared off handles. They are very uncomfortable even with small hands.. Here are the measurements that I got:
Cap 35lb
Handle Circumference 5″ deal with Diameter 1 3/4″ Inside Width 4 3/4″

Handle Circumference 4 7/8″ deal with Diameter 1 5/8″ Inside Width 5″
53 lb Cap
Handle Circumference 5″ deal with Diameter 1 3/4″ Inside Width 4 3/4″

It is provocative to note that the deal with size on the Cap stays consistent over the sizes (I had a 70 Cap and it was not bigger) while the Wright increases in size as the bell gets heavier. This is something you definitely want to reconsider when buying your kettlebells.
The slightly narrower inside deal with on the Cap makes it a bit more crunched in there for larger hands while the Wright kettlebells provide a more comfortable grip. As the kettlebell gets heavier this can become more of an issue as you need all your fingers in there. My coworker Jason is able to put his minute fingers covering of the Cap 35 lb kettlebell and hold it but to hold the 53 he needed to have them inside while on the Wright 35 and 53 he could hold both conveniently with all his fingers inside the kettlebell handle. If you have very large hands this becomes very leading to reconsider if you are doing two handed work. On the flip side with small hands you may not want a wide grip if you are doing singular hand work.
Casting and What's the Deal with the Rubber Bottom
Another inquire that comes up often revolves colse to the casting method of the kettlebell. All of the kettlebells that we currently carry are a solid cast for the bell they are not filled. The Cap, Dragon Door and Wright kettlebell are all one piece cast. This means that the kettlebell deal with and bell part are all one piece. The Troy kettlebells are a two piece cast. The deal with is inserted into the bell between 2 and 3 inches and welded. This allows Troy to enhance the deal with smoothness and shape without creating a whole new cast for the whole kettlebell. This is a concern for some habitancy due to the fact that a weld presents a spot of weakness, but for most habitancy should not gift an issue. The rubber bottom on the Cap kettlebells is amusingly one of the most controversial issues. habitancy love them or hate them. They are no ifs ands or buts removed and do not influence the allinclusive feel and weight of the kettlebell. The bottom is nice if you are using the bells inside your home or in a studio. I would propose that if you want to use them covering you remove them so you are not collecting grass and crud under the lip.
So, bottom line which one would I want on desert island? I am a die hard Cap fan and in fact when we begin manufacturing our own brand of kettlebells in the next few months they will be very similar to the Cap brand. I like the plane handles and the allinclusive feel of the kettlebell. I do not use chalk so that is not a huge issue for me personally. Because I tend to have what my co-workers so lovingly call "child hands" the slightly narrower inside grip does not gift an issue for me. These are the reasons why I like the Cap kettlebell, but these may be the very reasons that you will not like them. If you have larger hands or use chalk then you will definitely want to reconsider the Wright kettlebell. It is very leading that you present what is leading to you and your personal needs when purchasing your kettlebell. I would use and have no qoute recommending any one of the kettlebell brands that we carry.
